In our office we perform different in their complexity tooth extractions and extractions of roots with the help of local anesthesia. It is absolutely necessary to provide a small dental radiograph of the tooth to be extracted so that a proper diagnostics and extraction planning can be done. It is also very important to keep all the instructions given by the clinician for the first few days after the manipulation in order to avoid all unnecessary complications.
Aspirin should not be taken a week prior to extractions as well as the first few days following the procedure. Patients with allergy towards medications or those with cardio-vascular or other common diseases should bring with them medical documentation from the corresponding specialist which clarify all possible particularities of the individual case.
